We have more than 30 years experience in designing, erection and commissioning of Petrochemical, Oil, Gas, Edible oil Refineries, Cement plants, Steel plants and Biogas and Bio fertiliser plants. Our capabilities include design, erection, Installation of the machineries as per layout drawings and commissioning. This also includes all Pipe line work including high pressure pipelines,as per relevant safety standards.
We have done plant erection work for Alfa Laval, Mechtech, Oiltek, CCIPL, Mahathi infra, Trico, Oilex & Wabio Technologies Germany.
All our Team personnel have a long working experience at industrial sites and are capable to resolve and manage all the general situations that can occur on site.
STORAGE TANK AND SILOS
We have expertise in tank design, fabrication, welding, inspection, to API 650 standards, which is widely used for tanks to store products such as crude oil, gasoline, chemicals, edible oil water. Cement and Fly Ash.
Some of our customers are for this are Sri Ramco Sri Lanka,Nibhi Industries Jabua and Sri Lanka.
SOLVENT EXTRACTION PLANT
SHEPL makes Solvent Extraction Plants that are versatile, flexible in operation, rugged in construction, operator friendly and has low utility consumption.
